Personal Stylist Appointment Terms of Service
WE BOX YOU SHOP- Terms and Conditions – Client Agrees to the Following
- The agreement begins an initial package term and may continue thereafter on an approval basis.
- If a client cancels a booking without rescheduling, the payment will not be refunded.
- The first initial consultation is applied to a credit towards your purchase. This will include a follow up call or facetime to evaluate your purchases and to see how we can improve and fine tune the experience according to your needs. Once you receive your items, you decide what you love, and send back anything you do not like.
- If you order an amount exceeding your first consultation, you card will be charged the full amount, and you will be refunded what you return to your card.
- Future box orders will be on an approval basis based on your stylist’s discretion. Approvals are shipped with a credit card on file. The items must be back in the store in 7 business days or the customer’s credit card will be charged. If charged, a store credit only may be issue to the customer if the merchandise is returned withing 7 days in the original condition. After 7 days, no credit will apply. Your stylist will help you navigate this if you are having any issues.
- Will will let you know you total bill and communicate with you before we charge you.
- Shipping charges apply to all boxes excluding the first box with includes insurance value. You are responsible for shipping your returns back and insuring them appropriately.
- Client and Stylist acknowledge a confidential personal/business relationship and will not release either’s contact information to other parties with the consent of either party.
- All texts, and phone calls will be returned within 24 hours excluding the weekend or holidays and/or vacation which will be communicated in advance.
